Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Professional services industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to quickly master new software applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe and other internal systems

Responsibilities

• Support one or more service areas: Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital.
• Assist with preparing and mailing organizers and tax returns during tax season.
• Help manage deadlines, client data, and e-file processes.
• Prepare engagement letters, reports, and client deliverables as needed.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings and support monthly reporting.
• Assist with client invoicing and workflow management.
