Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist with tax interviews in Frackville, PA. You will enter client and W-2 information, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and review results with clients to ensure accuracy and service quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, solid math and reading skills, and strong communication abilities both in person and on the phone, with familiarity in Windows-based software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
