H&R Block, Inc. in Saltsburg, PA is seeking an entry-level assistant to support tax interviews. You will enter client and W-2 data into our tax software and help prepare returns.

You will assemble returns, obtain signatures, review the finished product with clients, and complete bookkeeping procedures, delivering superior service. The role requires a high school diploma, good reading and math skills, and strong communication, with familiarity of Windows-based programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist with entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
