Job summary

Community Tax, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Case Analyst in Chicago, IL. This role blends consultative sales with financial discovery and client advocacy to guide potential clients through our two-phase process towards resolution.

You will engage inbound leads, explain our process, and build trust to transition clients to the Resolution Team for Phase Two. Strong listening, empathy, and communication are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or client relations.
• Ability to translate complex financial matters into clear solutions.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads and referrals with empathy and professionalism.
• Explain our two-phase process and how we help resolve IRS and state tax issues.
• Gather critical financial and personal details to determine program eligibility and next steps.
• Enroll clients into Phase One, setting realistic expectations and securing their commitment.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and leadership to ensure a smooth client handoff.
• There is NO COLD CALLING.
