Community Tax is seeking a Case Analyst - Inside Sales Consultant to be the first voice for prospective clients seeking tax relief. You will conduct consultations, explain our two-phase process, and guide clients toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competencies in inside sales or consultative closing roles (financial services, debt relief, or related).
• Strong listening and empathic communication; ability to translate complex financial matters into clear solutions.
• Confident in conducting detailed financial intake conversations and qualifying opportunities.
• Client-first mindset with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; familiarity with CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Connect and consult inbound leads and referrals (NO COLD CALLING).
• Educate and guide clients on our two-phase process and how we help resolve IRS/state issues.
• Qualify and assess clients by gathering essential financial and personal details.
• Close with confidence by enrolling clients into Phase One and setting expectations.
• Build trust early to ensure smooth handoff to the Resolution Team for Phase Two.
• Collaborate across tax professionals, case advocates, and leadership for seamless handoffs.

The Case Analyst - Inside Sales Consultant is the first voice and trusted guide for prospective clients seeking help. You'll conduct in-depth consultations to understand their tax challenges, explain how our two-phase process works, and set them on the path toward resolution. This role blends consultative sales, financial discovery, and client advocacy - perfect for someone who thrives on building trust, uncovering needs, and closing meaningful business.

What You'll Do

• Connect & Consult: Engage inbound leads and referrals (NO COLD CALLING), listening to their tax challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• Educate & Guide: Clearly explain our two-phase process and how our team can help resolve IRS and state tax issues.
• Qualify & Assess: Gather critical financial and personal details to determine program eligibility and next steps.
• Close with Confidence: Enroll clients into Phase One, setting realistic expectations and securing their commitment.
• Build Trust Early: Establish rapport so clients feel confident transitioning to our Resolution Team for Phase Two.
• Collabrate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with tax professionals, case advocates, and leadership to ensure a smooth client handoff.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated competencies in inside sales, preferably in a financial services, or consultative closing roles (debt relief, financial services, legal services, mortgage, membership services etc.).
• Strong ability to listen, empathize, and translate complex financial matters into clear solutions.
• Confidence in conducting detailed financial intake conversations.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Bilingual Fluency in Spanish/English is a plus
