Responsibilities

• Assist the public at counter or by phone with tax information and procedures.
• Respond to complaints and irate taxpayers in person, by phone, or email.
• Answer questions on valuations, tax bills, listings, and procedures.
• Enter data into tax software; generate records and reports as needed.
• Assist with exemptions and parcel numbering and recording processes.
• Research property information to locate unlisted properties and bill accordingly.
