H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You will work with an expert team and receive advanced tax training to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, and supporting clients with IRS issues, while driving client growth and retention during the tax season.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates

Responsibilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
