H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and deliver high-quality tax support. You’ll gain advanced training and work with an expert team to help clients make confident financial decisions.

Responsibilities include conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, and driving client growth while ensuring compliance with IRS rules. Virtual tools and in-office work are both supported.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
