H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll operate with the support of an expert team and receive advanced tax training to ensure success.

You will conduct interviews via in-person and virtual tools, prepare returns, and help grow the client base while delivering IRS support when needed. This role emphasizes accuracy and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CPA/EA certification or be pursuing it.
• Experience with complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Comfort with virtual tax interviews and client interactions.
• Ability to generate client growth and maintain retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 – audit representation where applicable)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
