Intuit Inc. seeks energetic professionals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts, delivering on-site and virtual tax support, expert advice, and full-service preparation.

You will help clients navigate personal and business tax needs while building lasting relationships in the community. You’ll collaborate with a network of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure end-to-end support and seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week; hours may scale during tax season.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams for end-to-end service.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
