Intuit's TurboTax Retail Experts work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to help customers navigate their tax needs and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN holder as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools; deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
