Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trusted relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and public face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and team resources to grow the local client base.
