Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate tax needs with clear language and compassionate service.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll expand client bases, foster relationships, and participate in local marketing. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax licensure (EA/CPA or attorney).
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain related state licenses or certificates.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
