Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and advisory services. You will engage with the local community, develop relationships, and grow TurboTax’s client base with marketing support and productive use of TurboTax tools.

The role is non-exempt, on-site, and requires at least 20 hours per week with potential for peak periods; a strong emphasis is placed on customer service,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax market.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
