Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will help customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, building trusted relationships within the local community.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, participate in local marketing, and provide personalized tax solutions in an approachable, customer-first manner. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license
• PTIN required by law to file taxes
• State licenses/certificates or bonds
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Represent TurboTax locally and grow client base with marketing support
