Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and personalized support using TurboTax software, while growing the local client base and promoting community engagement.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, tax knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of tax preparation experience with 1040 returns.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
