Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers.

As a trusted advisor, you will build local relationships, expand the client base, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while leveraging Intuit’s marketing and tools to foster prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Experience with tax preparation software and tax law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver in-person tax support and software guidance at on-site TurboTax locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
