Job summary

Withum PC is seeking a Tax Principal in Lincolnshire, IL, to lead market strategy and service delivery within the Tax Services Group. You will manage a growing team, align with regional and national leadership, and drive revenue growth across its tax practice.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and experience in a multi-market environment. You will collaborate with executives to shape tax strategy, develop opportunities, and deploy best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license or similar is preferred.
• JD or MS in Taxation improves candidacy.
• Minimum 15+ years of professional services sales experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Achieve booked revenue targets in designated markets.
• Open/track/close opportunities in CRM and provide closed-won reports.
• Coordinate with regional tax partners to maximize client coverage.
• Lead cross-functional teams for client service and business development.
