The candidate will transition into immediate workflow, manage existing revenue, and supervise a regional tax practice with over 180 staff across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Strong client advisory and relationship management skills.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership.
• On-site work in Albuquerque or Santa Fe region.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and direct a substantial active tax portfolio across NM and West TX markets.
• Serve as face-to-face strategic advisor for clients with complex tax needs.
• Field technical tax issues for both onboarding and legacy clients.
• Drive year-end tax planning and full-cycle execution with seamless workflow.
