Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a candidate to assist with the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

You will help assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, review the product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures while maintaining superior service for all clients and handling any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
