Job summary

H&R Block in Decorah, IA is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist with the tax interview process, entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will help assemble tax returns, obtain signatures, review the completed product with clients, and provide superior service while supporting franchise operations and bookkeeping procedures.

This is an entry-level role welcoming individuals with strong numeracy and communication skills and offers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills sufficient to begin and complete the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs optional but helpful.
