Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a tax team member to assist with beginning and closing tax interviews, entering client and W-2 details, and assembling returns for signature. You will review products with clients and complete bookkeeping procedures to ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes delivering superior service to all clients while supporting the tax team with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
