Job summary

H&R Block in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking an entry-level team member to support the tax interview process. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program and help assemble tax returns. You will review the finished product with the client, obtain signatures, and ensure every client receives superior service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based programs helpful.
