Job summary

H&R Block in Baxter, MN is seeking an entry-level Tax Associate to support busy tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and helping assemble returns.

You will learn filing procedures, review completed returns with clients, and maintain high standards of service. Strong reading and math skills and clear communication are essential; high school diploma required; Windows-based software experience helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
