Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering client and W-2 information at the start of the tax interview.
• Assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return and obtaining signatures.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
