H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a role to assist with tax interviews and ensure high-quality client service at our Michigan locations. You will help enter client data, assemble tax returns, obtain signatures, and review the finished product with clients.

The position emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and familiarity with Windows-based programs to support efficient tax preparation processes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills needed to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
