Job summary

H&R Block in Henderson, NC is seeking an entry-level team member to support tax interviews and client service. You will help start interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and will assist in closing interviews by assembling the tax return and obtaining signatures.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
All other duties as assigned.
