Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program during the interview start.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review with the client at interview close.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures as part of interview closure.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
