Job summary

H&R Block in Oklahoma is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program on site. You will help assemble returns, secure signatures, and review the results with clients to ensure accuracy.

You will also perform related bookkeeping tasks and assist with additional duties as assigned, contributing to a high level of client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and basic math skills needed to complete tax interviews.
• Strong communication skills in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax software during the interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures.
• Review the completed return with the client and complete bookkeeping steps.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
