H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a team member to help start and close the tax interview, entering client and W-2 data, and assembling tax returns with accuracy. You will review the finished product with clients and complete bookkeeping steps to ensure smooth service.

Strong communication, basic math and reading skills, and familiarity with Windows programs are essential for delivering superior service to clients during the tax season and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
