Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Experience with Windows-based programs used in tax preparation.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to begin interviews.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, review with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
