Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is hiring for roles that support the tax interview process in a customer-focused environment. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, and review the finished product with the client.

You will also perform bookkeeping tasks and help ensure superior client service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong reading and math skills, and comfort with Windows-based programs.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program at the start of the interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, and review the finished product with the client.
