Job summary

H&R Block in Warrenton, NC is seeking a team member to support the tax interview process and assist with returns. You will enter client data, help assemble tax returns, obtain signatures, and review the finished product with clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will also contribute to delivering superior service to all clients and perform additional duties as assigned to support the tax preparation team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
