Job summary

Integrated Tax Services is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow our specialized tax and accounting practice serving estates, trusts, individuals, families, and professional advisors. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced CPA, EA, or tax professional who enjoys building teams, strengthening client relationships, improving operations, and helping drive business growth.

Working closely with the firm's owner and leadership team, the MD will shape strategy, lead day-to-day

Qualifications

• CPA, EA, or equivalent tax expertise.
• Experience preparing Estate & Trust returns and advising on estate and trust tax matters.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Strong business and operational judgment.
• Leadership experience, formal or informal.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of tax and client service professionals.
• Drive operational excellence and client service quality.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and professional referral partnerships.
• Support business development and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and firm leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality tax preparation, planning, and advisory services.
