Job summary

The role focuses on training, thought leadership, and attorney development, coordinating with Practice Innovation, Knowledge Solutions, and Business Development to support client work and firm-wide knowledge infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Admission in good standing to the New York State Bar.
• Strong knowledge of US tax law and the work of a sophisticated US Tax practice.
• Interest in knowledge management, legal technology, AI-enabled workflows, training, and attorney development.
• Enthusiastic about developing junior talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Tax group’s library of forms, precedents, and research resources.
• Identify priorities for new and updated knowledge resources and manage refresh projects.
• Administer and improve internal knowledge channels and platforms.
• Collaborate to evaluate and implement AI tools for the Tax group.
• Support attorney development and training initiatives.
• Draft client alerts and coordinate thought leadership materials.
