Job summary

Crux Climate Inc. is hiring a Tax Partnerships Lead to accelerate our channel program with accounting and tax advisory firms. You will own end-to-end partner relationships, refine enablement strategies, and collaborate with commercial, marketing, and RevOps teams to drive referral and revenue growth.

You’ll work in a remote-first environment across the US and Canada, with travel to partner sites as needed. 6–8 years of experience in tax or advisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Genuine tax fluency and ability to discuss tax structures with partners.
• Professional services instincts: understand how BD and billing work.
• Proven relationships with enterprise partners and referral networks.
• Commercial accountability with measurable outcomes explained.
• Builder’s mindset: 6–8 years of ownership and AI tools familiarity.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams with limited authority.
• Curiosity and pace to grow in clean energy finance and tax credits.

Responsibilities

• Scale existing high-performing enterprise partners by leading meetings and building champions across units.
• Drive conversion with Commercial leads by systematizing referral lifecycles.
• Expand mid-market partnerships and shape new referral structures where warranted.
• Keep capital front and center by prioritizing relationships driving tax buyers and investors.
• Strengthen the operating system: maintain partner records, attribution, and pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Market Intelligence and Marketing.
• Attend partner briefings and events, with travel (~25%).
