Job summary

White Tiger Connections seeks a Tax Manager to oversee tax engagements for individuals and businesses and mentor junior staff. You will guide client service strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with partners on tax planning in a flexible, modern environment.

The role offers remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangements with CPA licensure, a focus on leadership development, and meaningful career growth toward partner-level opportunities in a progressive accounting network.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience with tax-focused responsibilities.
• Proven leadership ability with interest in career progression to Partner level.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals and businesses.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client service strategy and tax planning initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing coaching and review feedback.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and evolving tax regulations.
• Leverage technology to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, regardless of location.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
