Firman Solutions in Dallas seeks a seasoned Tax Partner to lead the firm's tax practice, drive strategic growth, and shape its tax vision. You will oversee complex engagements, build client relationships, and mentor the tax team to deliver high-value, compliant tax services.

The role requires a CPA with 15+ years in tax accounting within a CPA firm or public accounting, deep knowledge of federal/state/local tax laws, and a track record of leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in tax accounting with leadership and management in a CPA/public accounting setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tax software tools.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team collaboration skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
