The role requires a CPA with 12+ years of tax experience in public accounting, strong Excel skills, and ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA license in good standing in the state of residence/primary office.
• 12+ years of tax experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader or capability leader for complex client needs and firm priorities.
• Lead teams in the delivery of tax services across capabilities, industries, and geographies.
• Manage multiple engagements and client portfolios, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Identify technical tax matters and guide teams through complex issues.
• Maintain client relationships to understand goals and connect clients with the right expertise.
