Job summary

Taurus Search is seeking a Tax Partner for a leading national CPA and advisory firm in Private Client Services (PCS). You will lead high-value private client relationships and advise on complex tax matters for HNW individuals, families, and closely held businesses.

This senior leadership role requires building a practice, mentoring junior staff, and shaping the PCS strategy across tax, trusts, estates, and related areas with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD and/or relevant advanced tax qualification
• Significant experience within a CPA, accounting or professional services firm
• Strong Private Client / HNW tax expertise
• Existing experience at Partner, Principal or senior leadership level, or a clear track record toward Partner
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities
• Commercial mindset with an interest in building and growing a practice

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value private client relationships

A leading national CPA and advisory firm is looking to add an experienced Tax Partner to its growing Private Client Services practice.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established tax professional with strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and privately held companies on complex tax matters.

The Role

• Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value private client relationships
