Taurus Search is seeking a Private Client Tax Partner for its Midlands, Texas office. You do not need to be a Partner already to be considered, and senior managers or directors ready to step into Partner are encouraged to apply.

The role focuses on high-net-worth clients and privately held business owners, with path to ownership within a growing national platform. Ideal candidates have senior tax leadership experience, strong client relationships, and a commercial mindset for practice

Qualifications

• Public accounting tax background with strong HNW/private client focus.
• Experience managing senior client relationships within a firm.
• Ability to lead and develop tax teams and grow the practice.
• Willingness to join directly at Partner level and contribute to ownership.

A growing national CPA and advisory firm is looking to add a Private Client Tax Partner to its Midlands, Texas office.

You do not need to currently be a Partner to be considered.

The firm is specifically open to accomplished Tax Senior Managers and Tax Directors who are ready to make the step directly into Partner, alongside existing Partners who may be interested in joining a growing national platform.

This is an opportunity for someone who has built a strong career advising high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and privately held business owners and is ready for greater ownership, visibility and influence.

You’ll join an established national firm with a growing presence in the New York market and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in developing the Private Client practice.

What we're looking for:

• Current Tax Senior Manager, Director or Partner within public accounting
• Strong HNW / Private Client Services tax experience
• Experience managing senior client relationships
• Comfortable leading and developing teams
• Commercial mindset with an interest in building relationships and growing the practice
• CPA and/or relevant advanced tax qualification preferred
