Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in a professional services firm.
• Active CPA in Tax and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and practice development.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients at the executive level with high-value strategic, technical, and operational guidance.
• Provide oversight on complex engagements to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Drive growth plans and expand market presence in designated practice areas or industries.
• Represent the firm and cultivate partnerships and referral networks.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent; lead engagement teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Foster an inclusive, high-trust culture that enables teams to excel.
