Tactacam is seeking a Manager, Tax Operations & Compliance to own the company’s day-to-day tax processes and partner with internal teams. You will manage multistate indirect tax, nexus data, and filing compliance while coordinating with PwC and external advisors.

The role requires collaboration across Sales, Product, Finance, Technology, and Operations to assess tax implications of new products and channels, including hardware, subscriptions, and enterprise offerings.

Qualificações

• Six or more years of progressive corporate tax or public accounting experience.
• Strong multistate indirect-tax and general tax-operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or taxation.
• CPA or Master’s in taxation preferred but not required.
• Experience with e-commerce, subscription services or Canadian operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day tax function and compliance calendar with external advisors.
• Manage multistate indirect tax compliance and data validation for filings.
• Maintain nexus profiles and filing-obligation data sets.
• Coordinate new registrations as the business footprint evolves.
• Evaluate tax implications of new products, channels, and pricing models with stakeholders.
• Coordinate federal, state, local income/franchise tax work with PwC.
