Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, deliver, and govern data-driven initiatives, improving client experiences and driving measurable improvements across processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience performing data analysis and producing insights from reporting.
• Experience designing, developing, or implementing automation solutions and process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
• Experience assessing operational risks, evaluating trade-offs, and supporting decisions with data and context.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or delegating work to support team execution and development.
• Experience providing quality service through clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and experience working with industry-standard delivery methodologies.
