Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience performing data analysis, identifying patterns and producing insights through reporting
• Experience designing, developing, or implementing automation solutions and process improvements
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes
• Experience assessing operational risks, evaluating trade-offs, and supporting decisions with data and context
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or delegating work to support team execution and development
• Experience providing quality service through clear, timely, and professional communication
• Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and experience with industry-standard delivery methodologies

Responsibilities
