H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to build strong tax office teams by attracting and engaging Tax Associate candidates and students throughout hiring and onboarding.

You will coordinate interviews, support post-hire training, and plan virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs to keep offices staffed with qualified associates. The role emphasizes relationship-building, multitasking, and effective communication across in-person and virtual settings, with familiarity in Microsoft

• High school diploma or GED or higher.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date.
• Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates.
• Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements.
• Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
