Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a recruiter to build strong tax office teams by sourcing and engaging candidates from application through onboarding. You will drive candidate engagement and help ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates to support clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, guiding associates through training requirements, and planning virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs. A strong focus on communication and multitasking is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e Microsoft Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date.
• Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates.
• Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements.
• Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
