Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a talent acquisition professional to recruit and engage Tax Associate candidates, guiding them from application through start date to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support clients.

You will coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and plan virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs to build a strong, client-focused tax office team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (iCIMS, MS Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED / or higher.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date.
• Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates.
• Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements.
• Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
