Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to build and maintain strong tax office teams by sourcing and engaging candidates and students through the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.

You will recruit Tax Associate candidates, coordinate interviews, and support ongoing training and open houses, both virtually and in person, to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e Microsoft Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date.
• Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates.
• Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements.
• Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
