H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to build strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support clients.

You will coordinate interviews, support ongoing education and training requirements, and plan virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture across offices.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
Experience with computer systems and technology (Microsoft Office, Teams).
High school diploma / GED or equivalent or higher.

Responsabilités

Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date.
Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates.
Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements.
Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
